We started making gelato in 2003. A few years later we created for our flavours biscuits as good as any made by a pastry chef but keeping to the Grom philosophy and making them gluten-free. The gelato biscotti is the union of these two passions.
Try it with crema flavour gelato, grated praline hazelnut and caramel flakes.
