Sorbet Mango

Amongst flowers of white and pink is the mango: a fruit rich with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. We wanted to created a sorbet that unifies the sweetness of the Indian mango and the freshness of water from the Sparea® Springs. This vortex of flavor is nothing but refreshing on even the hottest summer day!

Mango

Since ancient times, this fruit has been nicknamed "food of the gods" for its goodness and beneficial powers. We use fruits of Alphonso variety. The fruit has a high sweetness, is rich in juice and able to leave even the most skeptical without words.

WATER FROM Sparea® SPRINGS

Yes, you read correctly. Just as you would do, we chose to make our sorbets and Sicilian granita with water from "Sparea®" Springs. This water is born in a unique niche in the Piedmontese Alps and is extremely light and pure - ideal for accompanying the fruit from the organic farm, Mura Mura®. We are a little crazy… but you can certainly taste the difference!
