This flavor draws its inspiration from the famous dessert of the Italian tradition: pesche ripiene (Stuffed peaches)! A true riot of flavors and sensations. To make it we combine peach gelato with chocolate chips. The special touch? The crumbled amaretti that give the right boost to this flavor. To try!
In order to have fresh milk daily, we chose to use high-quality milk from cows raised in Piedmont. The evaluations of the stalls and milking barn are even more rigorous: this allows us to gently pasteurize the milk, without altering its organoleptic properties, while maintaining its finest qualities.
Peach is a fruit often penalized by too early harvesting and by the choice of cultivars, selected on the basis of aesthetic and non-organoleptic principles: this is why we choose Kaweah, Dixired, Royal Jim and Royal Time cultivars.
At Grom, we make our amaretti according to the same philosophy used for our gelato. Our bakery uses only high-quality ingredients and a simple recipe! We use whole wheat corn flour ground on stone, butter, almonds, and apricot kernel in our amaretti. Oh, did we mention that they are Gluten Free?
This mono-origin chocolate is identified by its delicate yet persistent taste. Its floral aromas hint at notes of dried fruit, tobacco, and wood for those with finer palates; this bitter-sweet equilibrium is for everyone.
